What the AI Suite Does
For each room with matching move-in and move-out photos, SnapHome reviews the full photo set on both sides and produces a single consolidated, deduplicated summary of visible changes. The AI then classifies potential damage categories (such as wall, paint, carpet, flooring, appliance, fixture, cabinet, missing item, door, window, bathroom, or kitchen) and surfaces a national-average repair range for each category for reference.
What the AI Suite Does NOT Do
- Assign fault to any party
- Determine legal liability or negligence
